Points Redemption
Once a minimum of 100 points have been collected, you are eligible to redeem a RM 1 discount. Points can only be redeemed in increments of 100 or more.
E.g: 100 points = RM 1 rebate credit.
156 points = RM 1.50
Points accumulation
For every RM 1 spent, you will earn 1 point with a validity period of two (2) years from joining or renewal date.
E.g: RM 1 = 1 point
RM 156.95 = 156 points
Points Redemption

*When member redeem 156 points, they will be eligible for a discount of RM1.50. The remaining 6 points will be returned to their member account.
Birthday discount
Customers who visit on their birthday will receive a 20% discount on all regular-priced items.
F.O.S will send birthday reminders to you via SMS on your birthday or can proceed to the nearest outlet to ensure you don’t miss out on our special discount.
Steps To Become a F.O.S Membership
You are entitled to join the F.O.S Membership Programme if you make any purchases in a single receipt in any F.O.S or Navy & Navy Concept Store.
You are not required to pay any joining fee.
To complete your registration, you need to provide your Name, NRIC, Phone Number & Email address to the cashier.
Only one (1) F.O.S Membership account per person.
5% discount for all items & points accumulation will be given to you once you make a purchase and complete your registration.
T&C:
5% discount will be applied on the receipt that customer used to register as a membership.
5% discount is only valid on all merchandise, excluding items from Purchase with Purchase (PwP) & paper bags / plastic bags.
Please note that the 5% discount cannot be applied to the Purchase with Purchase (PwP) items, even at their retail selling price.
F.O.S membership is valid for a period of two (2) years. After this time, your membership account will be renewed for another two (2) years upon making any purchase at our stores.
System will forfeit your accumulated points when your membership account expired.
F.O.S membership only open for aged 18 & above to register.
F.O.S membership is only open for citizen of Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei.
Your renewed membership will not receive 5% discount for all item.
Your expired membership information will be kept in the Membership Program System for a maximum period of one (1) year. The one (1) year period will start counting down when your membership expires or after two (2) years from the joining date.
If your expired membership is not renewed within one (1) year, all your membership details will be deleted. To rejoin, you will need to submit a new registration with your MyKad and mobile phone number to the cashier. There will be no discount for this registration.
Early renewal of membership is not permitted. Members are only allowed to renew their accounts upon expiration.
All employees of F.O.S are not entitled to this F.O.S Membership Program.
Term & conditions are determined by F.O.S and the company has the sole discretion to change them without any prior notice.
F.O.S Membership in non-transferable & it remains as the property F.O.S always.
F.O.S reserves the right to discontinue / cancel and end the F.O.S Membership Program and to revoke any membership privileges at any time without notice.
F.O.S reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any of the terms and conditions of the points discount without any prior notice.
F.O.S Membership Program members shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed with the terms and conditions of the F.O.S Membership Program.
Loyalty Points Program and Redemption Policy
Members need to provide their NRIC or Phone Number to collect points.
Members are eligible to redeem their points once they have accumulated a minimum of 100 points or more.
Points accumulation is applicable to all items including markdown items, promo items, member discounts.
Members can check their points balance and expiry date with their NRIC number or Phone Number at any F.O.S or Navy & Navy Concept Store.
Way to calculate accumulated Points:
Eg: *1st Purchase RM120, system will record 120 points. *2nd Purchase RM159, system will record 279 points.
Members need to present their original MyKad as proof of membership. If not, no redemption will be approved.
Points will automatically be deducted from their account when they redeem their points to discount.
Credits or points will be deducted according to the amount of your purchase.
Points redemption is valid at any F.O.S and Navy & Navy Concept Store.
Points can only be used to redeem rebate credits and the credit is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for purchases that are less than the rebate credit amount.
Points cannot be transferred. *For example, your points cannot be transfer to your friends or family members or others.
Please note that memberships cannot be combined, and points can only be collected and redeemed using a single account.
Members must choose either the F.O.S membership or the Mall membership to collect or redeem points. Collecting or redeeming points from multiple memberships is not allowed.
Balance points will not be carried forward to the next cycle of your membership.
Points and membership account are valid for two (2) years, so any remaining balance will automatically be forfeited when the membership account expires.
Birthday Discount Policy
On the birthday, members will receive an SMS or can proceed to the nearest outlet to enjoy a special 20% birthday discount on normal-priced items.
20% Birthday discount is to be used only for 1 transaction and is valid 30 days from Birthday date.
Birthday discount will automatically be forfeited if you did not use of it at the expiry of the validity period.
When customer register during their birthday, they will receive a 20% birthday discount code after 3 working days.
Your 20% birthday discount code will remain valid for 30 days from the date you receive the birthday SMS notification.
Please note that F.O.S will not send messages containing links to members.
20% Birthday Discount cannot be used together or combined with the member activation 5% Membership Discount, Credit Card Discount OR any existing F.O.S employee discounts, markdown items promo items, PWP, Bundle promo, New Store Opening Specials & exchange tie-ups of F.O.S. Not valid on previous purchases, special purchases, special orders, payment on credit accounts, or any discount offers except otherwise allowed. Discounts have no cash value, substitutions, exchanges or price adjustments. Mass distribution of these discounts is prohibited. Valid at any F.O.S and Navy & Navy Concept Store.
