We have a strong network of stores which help us to negotiate for better deals; thus enabling us to lower prices substantially for consumers like you.

F.O.S’ experience in the garment industry allows us to deal directly with the factories as much as possible, effectively cutting off the middle persons’ margins.

We also believe in reasonable pricing and low mark ups to encourage better sales volume and reduce leftover stocks.

All these efforts help to reduce our prices.

Our stores are open for business according to the mall’s business hours in which they are located in. Most of our stores open at 10am and closes at 10pm. For a complete list of our stores’ operating hours, please see https://fos.com.my/stores/

Yes, you can exchange merchandise purchased at our stores to another size, or colour at the same store of purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date you purchased your merchandise.

Just remember to bring along the receipt and the original tags of the merchandise.

Only items that are unwashed, unworn, or defective can be exchanged.
Underwear, swimwear, markdown, clearance, and final sale items cannot be exchanged.

In-Store Merchandise Exchange Process
1) Visit any F.O.S outlets within 14 days.
2) Bring the item, your receipt, original price tags and hang tags to the store.
3) Inform our staff at the cashier counter that you want to make an item size or colour exchange.

Exchange Policy
Exchange Period: You are eligible to exchange items within 14 days from the date of purchase at any F.O.S outlets.
Exchanges will be processed only for items of equal value. The replacement item must be of the same price as the originally purchased item. In cases where the replacement item has a higher value than the initially purchased item, you will be required to top up the price difference. As we do not have any Refund Policy, should the replacement/ exchange item has a lower value than the initially purchased item, a refund for the price difference would not be provided.

  1. You are entitled to join the F.O.S Membership Programme if you make any purchases in a single receipt in any F.O.S or Navy & Navy Concept Store.

  2. You are not required to pay any joining fee.

  3. To complete your registration, you need to provide your Name, NRIC, Phone Number & Email address to the cashier.

  4. 5% discount for all items & points accumulation will be given to you once you make a purchase and complete your registration.

Once you become a member of our Rewards program, you get to enjoy the following:
Points accumulation
For every RM 1 spent, you will earn 1 point with a validity period of two (2) years from joining or renewal date.
E.g: RM 1 = 1 point
RM 156.95 = 156 points

Points Redemption
Once a minimum of 100 points have been collected, you are eligible to redeem a RM 1 discount. Points can only be redeemed in increments of 100 or more.
E.g: 100 points = RM 1 rebate credit.
156 points = RM 1.50
