We have a strong network of stores which help us to negotiate for better deals; thus enabling us to lower prices substantially for consumers like you.

F.O.S’ experience in the garment industry allows us to deal directly with the factories as much as possible, effectively cutting off the middle persons’ margins.

We also believe in reasonable pricing and low mark ups to encourage better sales volume and reduce leftover stocks.

All these efforts help to reduce our prices.

Our stores are open for business according to the mall’s business hours in which they are located in. Most of our stores open at 10am and closes at 10pm. For a complete list of our stores’ operating hours, please see https://fos.com.my/stores/

You can exchange merchandise purchased at our stores to another size, or colour at the same store of purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date you purchased your merchandise.

Just remember to bring along the receipt and the original tags of the merchandise.

Only items that are unwashed, unworn, or defective can be exchanged.
Underwear, swimwear, markdown, clearance, and final sale items cannot be exchanged.

1) Go back to the store where you made your purchase.
2) Bring the item, your receipt, original price tags and hang tags to the store.
3) Inform our staff at the cashier counter that you want to make an item size or colour exchange.

To be a member of our F.O.S Rewards, just visit any of your favourite F.O.S, spend above RM50, and you’re a member of our Rewards program.

Annual joining fee is RM10. But if you’re a fan of our Facebook page or if you’re following us on our Twitter account, your joining fee is only RM5.

Just show us that you’ve liked our Facebook page or are following us on our Twitter account on your mobile device to our staff to prove to us that you’re our Facebook page fan/Twitter follower.

If you don’t have a smartphone, you can always print out your Facebook/Twiter profile indicating our page with the F.O.S logo as proof that you have indeed Liked Us/Following Us. Just make sure our name or logo is clearly visible!
